There are a lot of places to go whale watching off the coast of BC including here in Nanaimo. The challenge is to see a breaching humpback or a pod of Orcas. Most of the time all you will see is a whale fin off in the distance. The first item in the following link is a video clip of whale watching out of Telegraph Cove.
