On Friday we walked to the Cathedral Saint-Nicolas de Nice – a Russian Orthodox church. We then walked over to an area north of “Le Coeur de Nice” called “Liberation”. There is a huge market there that goes on for blocks. We had fish in a restaurant called “Braise” which is right next to the markets fish stalls. We assumed the fish would likely be fresh. So far it is the best meal so far that we have had in Nice.
