I posted a video of Gabriola Island back in April. Julie and I had gone over to wander around the Malaspina Galleries, Berry Point and Sandwell Provincial Park. Here’s a link to that video in case you missed it: GABRIOLA ISLAND 1.
This time my friend Les and I went to the Gabriola Sands Provincial Park, Descanso Park, Brickyard Beach and the petroglyphs behind the Gabriola United Church. We then had a wonderful lunch at the restaurant at Silva Bay Marina (recently opened by Gaetan who previously ran the Westwood Bistro). From there we went to my favourite park for photos: Drumbeg Provincial Park.
