These shots were taken in a day stopover at Moab Utah on the way across to Ontario in 2014. I decided to get up early in the morning with the first two pictures taken at Dead Horse Point (a place where they used to coral wild horses and then occasionally didn’t make it back before the horses died of exposure – that’s a legend of course so maybe it never happened). From there the middle pictures of Canyonlands where I did a hike and discovered how easy it is to get lost. Trails over rock seem to disappear from time to time. Moab is a mount-biking area – with a great biking trail along the Colorado river. The last few pictures were taken in Arches National Park – which by then was bumper-to-bumper.
