The last time (October 2015) I tried to go to Bryce Canyon it was rainy and foggy and you couldn’t see anything. This time my sister Maureen and I went in mid April and I guess I was thinking it would be reasonable warm then – but it was cold – especially in Bryce Canyon and on the trip back to Phoenix during which time it snowed most of the time. Despite the freezing temperatures we managed to get a few pictures.

I wanted to point out the one below in particular because if you look closely you can see two people on a trail in the lower part of the picture, giving you an idea of the scale. By the way the lookouts at Bryce Canyon are at around 9000 feet (part of the reason it was so cold).
